The upper city of Limoges is the older part of town, but also has the most modern shopping--high end boutiques and lots of French style fast foods as well as traditional restaurants. Two churches in close proximity, and apart from the cathedral in the lower city near the river. The ceramics museum was closed, so I just got a picture of Tim in front of the entrance. The brass Voie de Vezelay markers seemed to be going all different directions, so we also seemed to be going in circles. Pilgrims on foot would certainly prefer the countryside to the bustle of the city, but we thoroughly enjoyed Limoges.

Definitely losing weight
We can’t remember if we did. When we lived in Prignac, we went to Limoges and bought a coffee service. Do you have any memory of that ?
Have you been inside the ceramics museum before?
